Only “Voting Members” who are “16 years of age or older” and who have “submitted a signed application for membership and who support the church with identifiable financial or service support” (By laws II.2) have voice and vote at the AGM.
The AGM is essential to the life of the congregation, and we encourage every member’s active participation. We will look back at some of the key events and activities of 2016 and forward to what 2017 has in store for us. Here are the written AGM Committee and Guild Reports 2017. You will hear, and can ask questions to, reports on our finances in general, as well as on the Capital Campaign and our programme of renovation. The agenda also includes the election of six people to the Vestry, here is a list of Vestry candidates 2017 and the approval of the 2017 budget.
