Worship on Sunday 30 November: Advent I
Please join us for our service of Holy Eucharist on Advent I Sunday 30 November. This Sunday (and again on 22 December) we will be using Form I from our prayer book – our traditional language option. Our readings are Isaiah 2:1-5, Romans 13:11-14, and Matthew 24:36-44. Rev. Chris Easthill is presiding and Vania Kent preaching. The bulletin is here and the livestream link here.
There will be both Sunday school and creche during the service.
Next Friday, 5 December at 5 pm we have our annual AIDS memorial service together with the AIDS-Hilfe Wiesbaden.

Mainz Ministry:
Our full communion partners, the Old Catholic Church, also offer worship on the second Sunday of each month, but beginning in January at 3.30 pm in the Karmeliterkirche in Mainz (Karmeliter Str. 7).
As Christians we believe and proclaim that everything is a gift from God. When we share our resources, our financial treasures, as well as our time and talent, we share what God has given us in the first place. This is also an act and sign of our gratitude! For that reason, we have chosen “For all things come from you, and of your own have we given you” (1 Chronicles 29:14) as the motto of this year’s Stewardship Campaign.
