Sunday Worship October 11, 2020
Please join us for worship on Sunday, October 11 at 10.00 am for Holy Eucharist. Our readings are Isaiah 25:1-9, Philippians 4:1-9, and Matthew 22:1-14. Both the Isaiah and Matthew readings are about the “messianic banquet,” the feast we can look forward to in the end times. Here is the order of service. Rev. Chris Easthill will be the celebrant and preacher.
Sunday, November 1, we celebrate the Feasts of All Saints and All Souls. If you would like us to pray by name during the service for someone who has died in the past 12 months, please send his or her full name to the office by Friday, October 30.
You can join our worship services either in church, or live online (via Facebook Live). You should be able to go straight to the Livestream using this link (even if you do not have a Facebook account – just ignore any attempts to make you register)! Should that not work, please go to our Facebook page here and scroll down until you find the Livestream, which we will start at 9.45 am (the service will start at the usual time of 10.00 am).
We have a creche/nursery care facility available during the Sunday service for younger children up to 3 years old. There will be no Sunday school this week, due to school holidays.
If you want to include prayers for yourself or another during the Prayers of the People at any of our services, please send me an email
